Induction Heat Treater

Full-Time · On-Site

Operate and monitor numerically controlled induction hardening scanners. You'll work with shafts, gears, and wear surfaces — delivering precise thermal profiles that meet demanding specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Operate N/C vertical induction scanning equipment
  • Monitor hardening parameters and adjust as needed
  • Perform hardness testing and quality checks
  • Maintain equipment and work area

Qualifications

  • Experience in heat treating preferred
  • Willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Outside Sales Representative

Full-Time · Houston Area

Promote the full range of Lone Star Heat Treating services to new and existing customers across the Houston industrial market. Build lasting relationships backed by 80+ years of reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships in the Houston area
  • Promote all heat treating and finishing services
  • Provide technical guidance on service capabilities
  • Manage customer accounts and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Sales experience in industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Knowledge of heat treating processes is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record
